• Sketches can be in any colour of your choosing
• The first character will cost the full price. If you want to add more characters in the same drawing, each new character will cost 75% of the original price.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BY BUYING A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU GET THE RIGHTS TO:
• Post the drawing anywhere with credit to me (includes using it as a profile picture, posting it to social media or forums, etc).
• Share it with others while claiming the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.
• Use the artwork as reference for improving your own artstyle, but not claiming the artwork itself as your own.
BY BUYING A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU DO NOT GET THE RIGHTS TO:
• Claim the work as your own.
• Post the artwork without crediting me.
• Use the artwork commercially, eg earning money off of it in any way.
• Remove any signature/watermark that I have put on the artwork.
• Trace over the artwork and claim it as your own.
• Use my artwork for anything involving generative AI
WHEN YOU BUY A COMMISSION FROM ME, I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO:
• Post the drawing to social media or use it in my portfolio/in comm examples (with credit to you for the character), unless you tell me otherwise. If you specifically don't want this, you can tell me and I won't.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Whatever you request, I always have the right to say no to drawing it.
• All payments will be through PayPal only (or Swish or Vipps if you are Scandinavian).
• Communication will be through Discord only.
• The commission will be paid for either 100% upfront or 50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval (does not apply to drawings that are only a sketch).
• Do not send me the payment before I have accepted your commission. You will not get a refund if I decide not to take the commission.
• After I have started working on the commission, you will not be able to get a refund.
• While working on the commission, I will keep contact with you and regularly send you my progress for you to review. This is so we are on the same page and to make sure you are satisfied.
• During the process, you will be able to tell me to change things, but I will only be able to change minor details after it is finished. If you have any issue with the piece, please tell me as quickly as possible.
• The commission will probably not take more than a week, but this depends on my own health and the complexity of your commission. If I believe it will take longer than expected, I will let you know immediately.

• Humans
• Animals and creatures
• You and friends who have consented to being drawn
• Original characters
• Fanart
• Ships of any gender/sexuality (SFW)
• Mild gore
I WILL NOT DRAW
• Fetishes
• Hateful art
• People (or peoples' OCs) who have not consented to being drawn by me
• NSFW
• Extreme gore
• Robots/mechas/animatronics(The latter half of these points I won't draw because of a lack of skill. If you really want them anyway, it could be negotiated. You can always ask, but be aware of my limitations.)
HOW TO COMMISSION
• Send me a DM on Discord (@cowzillaahhh) telling me what you would like to order. The message must include the following:
Your name (and socials so I can tag you if/when I post the drawing)
Type of commission (headshot/halfbody/fullbody
Number of characters
Reference of the character(s)
Additional info you would like me to know about the character(s) (optional)
Specific details, poses, etc for how you want the drawing done(I am currently not accepting commissions without a reference photo of the character)• When I have approved of the commission, payment will be sent through PayPal or alternative, which I will send details about when I have agreed to taking your commission.
• Once the payment has gone through I will begin work on the commission as soon as I am able.
